Designing Economic Cultures – cultivating socially and politically enaged design practices against procedures of precarisation

Between 2011 and 2013, Bianca Elzenbaumer worked on a practice-based PhD thesis at Goldsmiths, University of London, investigating what it takes to create economies that allow for social and political engagement in design. The experiences and knowledges generated through this (mostly collaborative) research are feeding into Precarity Pilot.
